Mission Statement
 

The mission of the River Valley Christian Clinic is to provide health care and spiritual guidance to anyone in the river valley who can not afford to access traditional health care.
 
Services will be provided without regard to race, sex, age or religion.

There are no doctors at the clinic during the day.

Persons are seen based upon their medical need.
 
We cannot guarantee that all persons requesting service at any clinic will be seen.
 
Except in emergency situations, proof of income and pre-registration are required.

Applications are available during regular office hours.  Forms may be taken home and returned along with required documentation when complete. 
 
Forms and documentation will be reviewed and , if complete, appointments will be made to finalize registration.

Persons who qualify:   Have needs that are not being met by the other care givers.
   
  Do not have Medicaid, Medicare or any other medical insurance.
   
  Have household income that falls below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines.



 

Dental Care / Eye Care 
 

Persons who qualify:  

Same as medical care except that we do accept persons with Medicaid for both eyeglass provision and dental extractions.
